PLAYTHROUGH VIDEO

Five pieces currently in development can be seen in more detail in this video. Employing game design concepts, and diverse technologies to fabricate the works — including 3D animation, photogrammetry, point-cloud video, photography, linear media, and spatial audio — Simulations invites the user to explore the divide, and connection, between human and machine experience.

EXPERIENCE VIDEO

Simulations is designed as an interactive, emotional experience for virtual exploration and engagement. Concerning time, memory and the relationship between human and machine sentience, art installed in this environment invites the user to do what museums and galleries forbid — to touch works of art and, in some cases, to alter them. Recorded as real people connect with virtual art, this video documents genuine user responses, ranging from the ecstatic to the contemplative.
