VIRTUAL + MIXED REALITY

A series of experimental studies designed to model tactile and positional interactivity, Simulations is an ongoing exploration in virtual media that is ultimately planned as a multi-work exhibit.

Shown here, a sample of the extensive work already undertaken.

Below (left and right): But There Was A Presence In The Room which incorporates both photogrammetry and video in an “impossible object” that can only exist virtually.

Additional samples include large scale photogrammetry using underscan and overscan techniques to create surface fragmentation, virtual lenticulars with touch and sound interaction, interactive virtual sculpture, and objects that reveal different imagery depending on precise user positioning.
